1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
Custom-dyed yarns or made-to-order colorways.
Opened knitting needles, tools, or accessories.
Digital downloads such as patterns or e-books.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at info@annaluciadesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm the return eligibility and provide the return address.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
If your refund seems delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@annaluciadesign.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund — including shipping costs — depending on your preference.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t yet been shipped.Once your order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.
